Bristol Notary will verify your identification and review and verify the credibility of your document
Typically, you're advised that you need a Notary, know the desired outcome, but the steps in-between and the role of the Notary is unclear. Our role varies depending on what you need to achieve, and can differ based on the country that you need to achieve it in. It can be both complex and complicated. We can help demystify this for you.
Notaries often focus on the execution phase. Bristol Notary will review and verify the identification and credibility of you and your document. Then we apply our seal as a Public Officer. The application of our seal is what will enable you to progress your matter. It's what makes your document capable for use in its origin here in England and Wales, and why it can be trusted in any other jurisdiction in the world. This step is always required. We can issue our seal electronically, via a physical seal, or using the traditional wax method as required.
We can also get involved in the pre-execution phase. Working with you to ensure that your document is drafted so that, after it has been sealed by us, it is acceptable to its recipient for the purpose of unlocking progress in your matter.
Finally, we are able to engage in the post-execution phase. After your document has been sealed by us, we can arrange for an apostille, e-apostille, or legalisation to help your document travel smoothly through the next steps of its journey.
